At MM NUTRI FOODZEE PVT LTD, we take pride in the quality of our healthy food products. Since we deal in perishable and consumable items—such as Health Mixes, Cold Pressed Oils, and Noodles—our policy is designed to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. To cancel, please contact us immediately at 7358830363 or nutrifoodzeeindiaofficial@gmail.com.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or diverted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for items that have been delivered in good condition. We only offer replacements or refunds under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: If the product packaging is torn, leaked, or visibly damaged upon arrival.
  • Defective or Expired: If the product is found to be defective or past its "Best Before" date at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received a product different from the one you ordered.

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must report the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Proof Required: You must provide clear photographs or a short video of the damaged/incorrect product and the original invoice.
  • Submission: Send these details to nutrifoodzeeindiaofficial@gmail.com.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is inspected and approved by our quality team:

  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Replacements: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship the new item at no additional cost to you, subject to stock availability. All replaced or exchanged products will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Improper Storage: Spoilage occurring due to the customer not following storage instructions (e.g., storing oils in direct sunlight or not sealing snack packs).
  • Partial Consumption: If more than a nominal amount of the product has been consumed before reporting the issue.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply dislike the taste or flavor of a healthy food product.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return/replacement is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), MM NUTRI FOODZEE PVT LTD will bear all shipping costs.
